We utilize Alpha Omega Publishing’s Switched-On-Schoolhouse and A Beka Book curricula on the basis of their well-balanced courses in basic academics, and because of their strong Biblical perspective.

Along with the foundational courses, we make every effort to see that students have a well-disciplined, individualized, learning atmosphere. Most students who are unprepared for this type of learning environment quickly adapt or are given ample opportunity to become proficient. Calvary Academy’s discipline policy is more fully outlined in its application and registration packet.

The student body, kindergarten through the twelfth grade, ranges from 30 to 50 students. Calvary Academy has six learning centers.  Each learning center has an Alpha Omega/A Beka Book trained teacher. This provides an excellent student-to-teacher ratio.

Classes begin at 9:30 a.m., and conclude at 3:30 p.m. with appropriate morning and afternoon breaks and a 45-minute lunch. This time frame takes into consideration Denver’s rush- hour traffic.

The school runs very near to capacity at all times. Information for 2009/2010 registration may be obtained by calling the school office: 303-758-5900 x. 500 and leaving a message including your phone number, email and mailing addresses. Based on an opening in the grade level for which you applied you will be contacted or you may be placed on the waiting list for future enrollment.
