Swim night begins with a 30-minute walk/kick video by Leslie Sansone.
If you can pick up and put down your foot, you can do this video.
This is a good way to get your heart rate a-pumpin'!

Bring your own towel.
There are NO lifeguards on duty.
If you bring your children, they are YOUR responsibility.
If wanted, please bring your OWN floaties, goggles, etc.
Boys must be under the age of 5...all girls WELCOME!
